weekly d 2/13

This week, we started with learning Java and experimenting with jquery.
I would like to play more with this.
Like if I instruct the viewer to hover their mouse over this block of text.
A text alert comes up.
I need to think about how I can play with this more throughout the website.

Also this week, we started working on our websites.
I saw the presentations of our project proposals.
The class has very cool ideas and picked cool references.
Looking back on my proposal, I worry that I was too ambitious. Especially picking the aesthetic and references.
But maybe, these ideas are doable as long as I keep working on it.
So far, I've been having fun making the backgrounds and images/gifs used in the website.
